Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item for a full refund of the product price. This applies to all products, including sale items.

For grooming tools like our dog nail grinder, you're welcome to try it with your dog. If it doesn't suit them, it still qualifies for a refund, as long as it's returned complete with all parts and accessories, and cleaned. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at Avoroofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 2 business days. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us if the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can make it right. In these cases we may refund or replace the item without needing it back.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and custom or personalised items can't be returned, unless they are faulty.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Your rights under consumer law
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the consumer laws of your country, including the Australian Consumer Law. If you're in the UK or European Union, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.
